When you register for the PixelMint Society AI Engineering Bootcamp entrance examination or use the learning portal, we collect:
- Candidate Identifiers: Full legal name, email address, phone number, city, and college/degree details.
- Hardware & Environment Profile: Laptop operating system confirmation and resolution specifications to guarantee compatibility with Bootcamp AI tools (Ollama, PyTorch, Docker).
- Examination Integrity Telemetry: Focus/visibility events (tab changes, window blur), keyboard shortcut intercepts (copy/paste attempts), and question answering timestamps. Note: We do NOT collect webcam or audio recordings.
- Learning Analytics: Lesson completion timestamps, lab progress, and code repository links submitted for assignment review.
2. Purpose of Data Processing
Your data is processed strictly for the following operational requirements:
- Evaluating entrance test submissions and scoring algorithmic readiness.
- Administering cohort admissions, seat allocations, and interview shortlists.
- Enabling student account authentication and tracking module curriculum progression.
- Issuing cryptographically verifiable certificates upon bootcamp completion.
3. Non-Invasive Proctoring Policy
PixelMint Society believes in respectful, non-invasive proctoring. We do not require invasive third-party kernel drivers or webcam monitoring. Integrity is monitored solely via standard browser event APIs to maintain a fair testing environment for all candidates.
4. Data Storage & Security
All candidate and student records are securely encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We never sell, rent, or trade applicant personal data to third-party marketing companies.
